Check that you are using the retailer's gift card or voucher payment option. Entering a gift card in a promotional discount box may not work.
What to check
- Read the payment instructions on the voucher.
- Check that it can be used online or in store, depending on where you are shopping.
- Check the voucher number and PIN, if a PIN is required.
- Check the remaining balance and any restrictions on the items you are buying.
Ask the retailer if you need help with its checkout. If it says there is a problem with the voucher itself, tell Housing Perks support the retailer and error shown.
