Account Access and Phone Numbers
Signing in, verification codes and changing your phone number.
Why am I not receiving my one-time passcode by SMS?
If your SMS sign-in code has not arrived, check your mobile number and phone reception first. This is the code sent to your phone. It is different from the email code used for staff sign-up. What to try 1. Check your mobile number and country code in the app. 2. Make sure your phone has reception and can receive text messages. 3. Check for blocked or filtered messages in your messaging app. 4. Use the latest Housing Perks app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 5. Follow any wait or retry message in the app before requesting another code. A missing message does not tell us why delivery failed. Repeated requests can make you wait longer. If the code still does not arrive Tell support your mobile number, phone model, mobile network, when you requested the code and any error shown. Never share the code itself. For a work-email code, see employee email passcode help. Need help? In the Housing Perks app, tap Help, then the support email address or Contact Support button. If you cannot use the app, use our contact form.
Why am I not receiving my employee sign-up passcode by email?
Your staff sign-up code is sent to the work email address shown on the Email Passcode screen. It is different from the SMS code sent to your phone. What to check 1. Check the spelling of your work email address. Use your organisation's address, not a personal email address. 2. Look in your inbox and junk or spam folders for Your email verification passcode. 3. If it is missing, ask your IT team whether the email has been blocked or held for review. 4. When Resend code is available, request a new code and use the most recent email. The code expires after two hours. If the app offers Sign in with Microsoft, use that option instead of waiting for an email code. If your staff access cannot be approved Contact support from your organisation email address. Include your organisation's name, the mobile number used to sign up and the message shown in the app. We can check your organisation and work email, then manually approve staff who are eligible. If you use the contact form, enter your work email so we can reply there and check it belongs to you. Staff approval does not replace the separate SMS sign-in step. Never send us either code. For a text message code, see SMS passcode help. Need help? In the Housing Perks app, tap Help, then the support email address or Contact Support button. If you cannot use the app, use our contact form.
I Cannot Sign In to My Account
Check that you are signing in with the mobile number you used for your Housing Perks account. What to try 1. Check the mobile number and country code you entered. 2. Close and reopen the app, and update it if an update is available. 3. Follow the message shown on screen. If you have changed your number, see I Have Changed My Phone Number. Creating a new account will not automatically move your vouchers. If your tenancy reference is rejected, see My Tenancy Reference Is Not Being Accepted. Still cannot sign in? Tell support your sign-in mobile number and the exact error shown. We may need to check that the account belongs to you before making changes. Never send a password or sign-in code.
