Yes. Housing Perks is free to download and use. There is no subscription fee.
You only pay when you choose to buy a voucher for your shopping.
You choose how to save
For example, if a £100 voucher has a 5% saving, you can:
- Keep the saving: pay £95 and get a £100 voucher to spend. You save £5 straight away.
- Put the saving towards rent: pay £100 and get a £100 voucher to spend, with £5 going towards your rent.
The rent option is available if your landlord offers it. You can turn it on or off in the Rent tab.
This is an example. Check the saving and total shown in the app before you pay.
