Check the Rent tab to see the contribution amount and whether a payment has been sent to your landlord.
A contribution can appear in Housing Perks before your landlord adds the payment to your rent account.
Who to contact
- If you cannot tell whether we have sent the payment, ask Housing Perks support to check.
- If we have confirmed it was sent, ask your landlord when it will appear on your rent account.
Tell us the amount, date and landlord you are asking about. If you have already contacted your landlord, include their reply.
If you kept the discount on a purchase, that saving will not also be sent towards rent. You can choose rent contributions for future purchases where available.
