Contact support straight away if you bought a voucher for the wrong retailer. Do not use it while asking about cancellation.
Tell us your mobile number, the retailer you bought, the voucher value, purchase date and the retailer you meant to choose.
Can it be swapped or cancelled?
An issued voucher is usually tied to that retailer and cannot simply be swapped. Cancellation depends on the retailer's rules and whether the voucher has been claimed or used.
We can check whether the retailer will allow cancellation, but we cannot promise a refund. Check the retailer carefully before buying another voucher.
