Any money you do not spend usually stays on the voucher for a later purchase, until the voucher expires.
A simple example
If you have a £50 voucher and spend £30, you would usually have £20 left on that voucher.
Check the retailer's rules: some vouchers have different conditions about using them more than once. Keep the voucher after your first purchase and check its remaining balance before using it again.
The money stays with that retailer's voucher; it is not a new Housing Perks discount.
