Usually no. A voucher is issued for a specific retailer, so it normally cannot be changed into another retailer's voucher.
If you chose the wrong retailer
Contact support promptly and do not use the voucher while asking about cancellation. We can check whether cancellation is possible under the retailer's rules, but it is not guaranteed.
Before buying, check the retailer's name and where the voucher can be spent. If you are unsure which voucher to choose, ask for help before paying.
