Vouchers usually arrive quickly, but some purchases take longer. We cannot promise that every voucher will arrive within seconds.
If you are waiting for a voucher
- Wait a short time, then refresh your Housing Perks wallet.
- Check the wallet filters and make sure you are in the account used for the purchase.
- If you have been charged and it still has not appeared, contact support.
Give us your mobile number, retailer, amount and purchase time. Do not buy the voucher again while we are checking the order.
