Yes. Housing Perks is free to download and use. There is no subscription fee.

You only pay when you choose to buy a voucher for your shopping.

## You choose how to save

For example, if a £100 voucher has a 5% saving, you can:

- **Keep the saving:** pay £95 and get a £100 voucher to spend. You save £5 straight away.
- **Put the saving towards rent:** pay £100 and get a £100 voucher to spend, with £5 going towards your rent.

The rent option is available if your landlord offers it. You can turn it on or off in the **Rent** tab.

This is an example. Check the saving and total shown in the app before you pay.
