You may be able to use a printed voucher or show it on another device. This depends on the retailer's rules.

## Getting help

A friend, family member or support worker may be able to help you access and print your voucher. Ask your landlord for help if you cannot use the app or internet.

Check that the retailer accepts printed vouchers before shopping. Some vouchers can only be used online.

Keep the printed voucher and its code safe: someone else may be able to spend it. Never share your sign-in code or password.
