Some retailers do not accept gift cards for items sold by another company on their website. These may be labelled **Marketplace**, **Third-party seller** or **Verified seller**.

## Before you buy a voucher

Check who is selling the item and read the retailer's gift-card rules. An item being on the retailer's website does not always mean you can pay for it with that retailer's voucher.

If you have already bought a voucher that cannot be used for your item, contact support promptly. We can check whether cancellation is possible, but it is not guaranteed.
