Your voucher balance is the money left to spend at the retailer. Your Housing Perks savings total records the discounts you have received. They are different amounts.

## Using the balance

Check the retailer's rules about spending the voucher more than once and paying any extra amount another way.

## Checking the expiry date

Look at the voucher details or its terms. Spend the remaining balance before it expires; an expired balance may not be recoverable.

For a current balance, use the retailer's balance checker or ask the retailer. The original voucher value shown in your wallet may not update after shopping.
