Look for your tenancy reference on your landlord's letters, emails, rent statements or online tenant account.

It may be called a payment reference, housing reference or rent account number.

## If you cannot find it

Ask your landlord which reference to use for Housing Perks. Your landlord can give you the correct number.

If you have received an email with a voucher or payment-card claim link, follow that email's instructions. You may be able to claim it without entering a tenancy reference.
