Open your voucher and follow that retailer's instructions to pay for your shopping.

## In a shop

Show the barcode or voucher details requested by the retailer. Check first that the voucher can be used in store; some are online only.

## Online

Choose the retailer's gift card or voucher payment option and enter the details requested. A gift card number usually goes in the payment section, rather than a promotional discount box.

Retailers have different rules. Check where the voucher works, what it can buy and whether you need a PIN.

If the retailer says the voucher is invalid, or the voucher will not open, contact Housing Perks support.
