If your landlord offers rent contributions, you can choose whether to put your voucher savings towards rent or keep the discount straight away.

## How to choose

1. Open the **Rent** tab in Housing Perks.
2. Open the rent contribution setting.
3. Choose **On** to put savings towards rent, or **Off** to pay less for your vouchers straight away.

You can change your choice for future purchases. Changing the setting does not move back contributions already processed or turn earlier discounts into rent payments.

If the rent option is missing, your landlord may not offer it. You can still keep the discounts on your voucher purchases. Ask support or your landlord if you are unsure.
