Your tenancy reference is a number or code given to you by your landlord. You may need it to sign up for Housing Perks.

## Where to look

Check your:

- Landlord's online tenant account.
- Rent statement.
- Tenancy letters or emails from your landlord.

It may be called a payment reference or rent account number.

If you cannot find it, ask your landlord which reference to use for Housing Perks. We cannot give you your reference number.

If you have found it but the app rejects it, tell support your landlord's name and the error shown.
