A voucher may cover only part of your shopping. Your bank card can be charged for the amount left to pay.

If you were charged the full shopping amount even though the voucher was accepted, contact the retailer first. The retailer controls its checkout and can check the payment.

## Check your receipt

Look for the amount paid by voucher and the amount paid by bank card. Keep the receipt or order confirmation.

A payment to Housing Perks buys the voucher. A payment to the retailer pays for your shopping. Check which payment you are asking about.
